What is AISSEE?

AISSEE is a written exam in offline mode conducted by National Testing Agency for class 6th and class 9th only held once every year.

Eligibility for 2022 entrance exam

For 6th Class

•Boys should have age between 10-12 years as of March 31, 2022
•Aspirant should be studying in class 5th in a recognized school.

For 9th Class

•Boys should have ages between 13-14 years as of March 31, 2022.
•Aspirant should be studying in class 8th in a recognized school.

QUALIFYING MARKS

• Aspirants need to obtain a minimum of 25% marks in each subject and a minimum of 40% and then have to clear the overall cut-off.

*Aspirant after clearing the written exam has to appear for medical test.

Reservation

• 15% of seats in school are reserved for SC candidates.
• 7.5% of seats in school are reserved for ST candidates.
• 67% of seats in school are reserved for General candidates.
• The remaining 33% of seats are reserved for candidates of other states.

*Around 25% of seats are reserved for children of service personnel including ex-servicemen.
